Katie's Story
I have been running a business for the past 35 years. I have a respite and activities center for disabled and functioning disabled persons. I have two chldren, a son, Daryl, and a daughter, Linda. I also have 3 grandchildren all boys. My husband of 27 years is now with the Lord as of this past year. I miss him sorely. I have been moving on with my life at the shoving of my sister, (remember, she's older than me and is the boss of me!) and my life has been picking up a lot in the activities and spending time with my friends. So, if you are a Chef let me know and you can have your people call my people and they'll talk, LOL I also do a lot of fund raisers to help families pay for the much needed respite care they need and deserve. My activities center is made up of the disabled persons who come to my center daily where they package dog treats and earn an actual wage, minimal wage of $8.00 an hour.
