Katie's Story
Life
Basically been hanging around Idaho for the past 29 years. Been married as long. Dan and I were married in 1978. Pretty much tried many things in my life. Travel Agent, Realtor, Wholesaling, however, most recent venture, I launched a new e-commerce site, Sterling Minerals.
Dan is a Builder here in the Treasure Valley, (Boise) and it has been a housing boom for the past 5 years. Boise Idaho is on the map. In many ways it is good but in others, growth has spurred the economy to reflect what happened to real estate prices in California. Getting tougher and tougher for young people today to own a home. Both kids grown and on their own. My son is 27 years old and my daughter is 22 years old still attending Boise State.

ore. I guess that is what happens when you get older. We have been all over Mexico and parts of the Caribbean. We enjoy getting up every morning and going snorkeling before breakfast. Very relaxing from the real world of tedium.....Empty nesters now so we are moving onto travel in Europe. Heading to the Greek Islands and Italy next. My husband enjoys deep sea fishing and I enjoy travel and exploring different cultures.
My daughter and husband are my best friends and Fran traveled with us every year starting in Junior High until Graduation. She has also been bitten by the travel bug at a young age and hopes upon graduation she can utilize her degree by working for a global network with marketing in Central, or South America. She loves the culture and is fluent in Spanish.
Overall, my life has been decent with many overtures to new things. Can't complain.
