Katrina's Story

I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education, married my husband in 2000, and taught for a year before deciding to exclusively raise our son. During those years I focused on becoming a more developed artist, painting murals, sculpting, and painting on canvas for various shows and events in the Spokane area.. on a volunteer basis. I then attended Whitworth focusing on Gifted Education with the intention of returning to teaching. After my husband retired from the Air Force I made the difficult decision to set teaching aside to be his business partner. Its been a great venture, and it allows me to continue painting and showing my work.
