Life As of Fall 2005:
Missing my old friends, wondering where you are.
I'm far from anywhere I'd thought I'd be, in any way, shape, or form, but I'm happy, doing what I've always wanted to do, being what I've always wanted to be, just not where or how I thought I'd be doing it. Working in as a research/lab tech at Johns Hopkins in Maryland, putting my biology degree from Eastern NM to good use, finally. Volunteering heavily with animal rescue/reptile conservation. Living in the middle of a real CITY, in a high-rise no less! Take the subway to work every morning. How in God's name did I end up here?!? Married over 15 years now (yes, to the same man).
I miss my dad greatly, he left a big hole when he passed last year.

line any time. My memory isn't so great after all this time, so you might have to jog it a bit.
PS I'm still "rockin' to Dokken", and going to Bon Jovi, Cinderella, Tom Petty, and Hall & Oates concerts. Just can't fit into the spandex any more! Love Shinedown, Pop Evil, Aranda, and Rehab now, too. So much has changed, but so much is still the same....
2009: Still work in Baltimore, but live a litte further north. My latest love in life is seeing new bands in little joints around town. Pop Evil, Aranda, Charm City Devils, Within Reason, and Rebel Inc. have won me over.
2011: I wrote a book for the Animal Planet series, Red-Eared Sliders. It'll be in pet stores March 1st.
