ame year, the Tampa Museum of Science and Industry, the first building I designed after graduate school, was named as one of the top 100 buildings designed in 100 years, in Florida, as judged by architects in the Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects. Finally, serving as project director for the design and construction of the Georgia Gwinnett College Library, it was the first college or university library in Georgia to receive a LEED Gold designation for energy and environmental design leadership.
With the decline of the economy, I have taken an early retirement from commercial architecture and now do some residential renovation projects with Debby, including our personal residence. Teaching, preaching and helping wherever I can at Northside Church of Christ in Roswell, GA, has been a priority.".
