Has it really been forty years since we graduated from EMHS? Where have the years and most of my hair gone?
Went off to college. Joined the Army. Became a Headhunter. Invented the Pet Rock of the 90's, the Exotic Pet, in 1996 a few weeks before the Tamagotchi appeared.. Digital pets are much more interesting than dead bugs encased in plastic... Back to Headhunting.
9/11 was an epiphany, decided to become a teacher, went back to college. Earned a BA in Political Science in a year, got Teaching Credential (Social Sciences). Did 3 year Special Education Credential program, got ill in 2007.

assroom to strategic-level ivory tower job, planning for the next 100 years, creating long-tern Career Technical Education programs to support regional economic development and major industry sectors. Five years later a strategic reorganization eliminated my entire department and my job.
Quickly discovered how much job search had changed, started writing notes. Notes became chapters, chapters become books... Teaching people how to find a job is a lot like teaching someone how to catch a fish, so the name of my new company is Teach2Fish Books. Since 2013, Teach2Fish has published four career management related books designed to help the 21st job seeker.
Life has been full of challenges and opportunities...
