to call one of my insurance clients who worked for a large real estate company to assist in negotiating the purchase. My experience with her lack of negotiating skills made me feel that I would do a better job. So I decided to negotiate my own deal on a property. It was not long before my insurance clients were asking me to assist them with their real estate needs. In 1995, I obtained my California Real Estate Brokerage license and The Roby Company Real Estate Brokerage was born. I have been successful in riding the wave of the highs and lows of the real estate market. I am a strong believer that real estate is a great investment and personally not only do I own my own home, but also own a variety of investment properties. My personal experiences with all manner of real estate transactions provide valuable knowledge to my clients. I understand the market. My goal is to address the individual needs of my clients and provide immediate, educated personalized service. In 1998 I met my wife Stacy. She had enriched my single life with her three daughters, Tiffany, Kirsten and Shay. In 2006 we increased our family with the birth of our daughter, Hannah. Spending time with my family is a priority in my life. I work hard and play hard.".
