Keith's Story
Hello all,
Well it has been a long time sense Douglas MacArthur. I may have done a few things differently but all in all, I am good with Life.
After DMHS I worked on a farm for about 5 years. then I worked at Redmond s Auto motive installing radios and curse controls. That lasted for about 5 years. Next i did a short term with Meijer in the bakery, and when I say short I mean less than 6 months. Then it was working construction for my brother-in-law for 5 years. After working with him I went to Bay City and worked for a modular home company running wire, installing sinks, toilets, siding, hot water heat, and many other jobs. then it was off to RC Hendricks and Sons construction. ould like to have a good back when I got older so I left them and went to work for Hemlock Semiconductor (HSC) in Loss Prevention. I managed to stay in LP for 10 years before I started working in the testing department for HSC. then in 2010 HSC opened a plant in Tennessee so I moved down there and helped start up the Loss Prevention department. after 2 years I moved into quality where I am currently helping the safety department do trainings.
Before i moved to Tennessee I had to retire from the Thomas TWP Fire Department. I was on the department for 22+ years. it was very hard to leave. I started as a firefighter and a few years later I got my EMT license, took a boat load of classes and worked my way up to the Deputy Chief position.
