Life
After teaching Special Education for 16 years, I took a job with Special Olympics Georgia in 2001. I am the Senior Sports Manager for Special Olympics Georgia. My duties and responsibilities with Special Olympics Georgia are quite plentiful. I am responsible for the Coach Education Program throughout the state. The program is designed to train coaches to train their athletes properly for competition. I traveled to Nagano, Japan in 2005 as a member of Team USA for the Special Olympics World Winter Games. , China in October 2006 during the Pre-World Games Invitational. I will be returning to Shanghai in September as a part of Team USA for the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games. My job is very rewarding! Nope, never got married. I am too busy taking care of the nieces and nephews - and now great nieces and nephews. That is a fulltime job in itself. I still currently live in Snellville but am hoping to move to Lake Lanier in Cumming before much longer. I enjoy riding my Sea-doo, riding my motorcycle, fishing, spending time with my friends.
