Kelly's Story
Okay, here it is.
I'm one of the "bad girls" from behind the pool. A party animal who also got good grades, a bit of a paradox. I am the one person who got married in senior year, so I graduated by my married name. Ayers is far better than Waughop, and much easier to pronounce!!
My hubby and I stayed in Riverside while we started our family. We first became parents in 1984 to our son, Ryan. Then again in 1986, boy#2, Sean. In 1990, we moved to my husbands' home town in Pennsylvania. We wanted to be closer to his family, and be in a better environment to raise ours. ( meth was really big here then- YUCK ) 1991 brought us our third son, Michael. Followed in 1994 by #4, Jeff!
I came back to Riverside by myself for my baby sisters graduation in 96, and got home sick in the worst way! Within 8 months, my husband secured a transfer that paid us to come back ...Expand for more
to CA! So we ended up back in Riverside, it's true, those who move away always come back!
When Ryan finished high school & decided not to go to college, I figured I would go for fun. I soon became hooked on photography, and now have my A.S. with a business certificate to back it. I do a little freelance photography, cause I still like to do things my own way, and when I want.
Last March was our 25th wedding anniversary, so hubby & I went to Laughlin for several days. We had a great time! We even came home with a HUGE surprise- we were to be parents again- even though I had a tubal after having Jeff!!!!! So, now we have boy #5, 6 month old Paden! What's really funny is that Ryan has a 3 1/2 year old son and a 5 month old daughter! That's right, I have TWO GRANDKIDS! Paden was an uncle before he was even born. We like to keep things interesting at our house.
