Kelly's Story
Life
Well I am still in the Cleveland area, just a dreaded EASTSIDER now. I currently live in Painesville Township. I have two kids currently 10 and 7 that do a good job of keeping me busy. I now am a stay at home mom to take care of them. I do have an obsessive hobby in scrapbooking. I LOVE IT and can't get enough of it. I even go away for weekends to scrapbook. I also am interested in traveling as much as I can. Overall I am still the same old KEG that I was A LONG TIME AGO (just a little greyer without the hair coloring). I just went to a Motley Crue concert and could still have a great time -- so I must not be THAT old!!
School
Some of my best memories from NRHS involve Jeanine Girardi(Haugen) (who moved to Tennessee after sophomore year), Brian Holbrook and Greg ...Expand for more
Bump (BUMPER- who also moved away). We got into too much trouble for "good" honor students!
Other key memories would be from marching band. Scott Fredrick as 'The Church Lady', Kevin James and his medical glove balloons (not to mention KICK BUTT solos), Kelly Dyer and Brad Granneman kicking it with the tubas.... and many more great memories.
College
I went to GMI.... General Motors Institute of Engineering. after 3 years in on a 5 year program I got laid off of my Co-op position AND they doubled tuition. With those factors and my father's failing health I had to say goodbye to GMI. I tried transferring to CSU and it just did not work for me after GMI. While still going to CSU, I met my husband and we got married. So here I sit with no degree 19 years after high school.
