Kelly's Story
So after graduation I headed out to West Lafayette, IN and attended Purdue University. I majored in Aeronautical Technology and picked up my A&P license and a BS degree. I decided to stick around for a year and teach, while I got my MS in Industrial Technology, I worked for Federal Express down in Indy fixing planes while gathering information for my thesis...I have no idea how it all got done, but I can definitly say I couldn't handle that schedule again! After graduating from graduate school, I moved out to Wichita, KS to take a job for then Raytheon...Expand for more
Aircraft Company, we were sold off in March 2007 and are now Hawker Beechcraft Corporation. I work in technical support as a field engineer, helping customers with issues that arise on their aircraft. It is never a dull day around here! I don't get back to Batavia as often as I would like, but my parents and my brothers are still in the area. I hope to catch up with a lot of my high school friends that I have fallen out of touch with...everyone is so busy these days! So leave a note and let me know you dropped by!
