Kelly's Story
Hi Everyone! I hope this finds each of you doing well. It has been too long since I have seen so many friends from high school! Life has a way of carrying us on though and like many of you I have been through some changes!
I was married for a while but divorced in 2007. I'm glad to say that some things do come out of bad situations namely "Tony" my 8 year old son. He has this unique personality....loud...talkative...talks to anyone....hmmm I wonder where he got that from!
I graduated in 1990 from Madonna University (Yes, I completed 17 years of catholic schooling!...Expand for more
!!! WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME??? HAHAH) with a BS in gerontology. From there I have worked as an Executive Director for 2 Adult Foster Care homes that served older adults with dementia; I spent 11 years with the Alzheimer's Association (loved that job) and I have now landed in Dearborn at Henry Ford Village. This is a beautiful continuing care retirement community that works with 1200 seniors (800 live independantly) and I absolutely love what I do!!!
