Kelly's Story

WOW!...Where have the last 29 years gone?...and where did everyone ELSE go?  In "MY" family's case, the apples didn't fall far from the tree!...my entire family still lives within 4 miles of the ol' homestead, where my parents still reside.  I must say...the world sure "grew up" around us though! NOPE!...I didn't end up "rich" or "famous"...but I "AM" employed...and I'm "NOT" in jail...so I must say that life is treating me well. After college I took an Engineering Technician position with Thurston County Public Works, where I worked for 6 years.  I then transferred to ...Expand for more
the City of Tumwater as a Permit Specialist where I've just finished my 20th year.  Only 4 more years until retirement! My husband (Dale) & I have been married for almost 22 years.  I'm really not sure how he's put up with me that long!   We love to travel, especially to warm, tropical places...but are always happy to come back home!  You'll never have to search too hard to find me!... I drew the plans for our current home in East Olympia 4 years ago...and I'll be here until the day they come to wheel me out! Best wishes for good health & much happiness always! Kelly
