Kemp's Story
What would surprise everyone at my high school reunion? Probably the notion that I manage the online marketing for a $1 billion with a B company. Before that I helped manage one of the most highly regarded consumer electronics eCommerce web sites.
Currently living in Houston, Texas in a sweet apartment near the Galleria with my wife Deb and our dogs, Maggie and Bob. Once we sell our home in Virginia we'll build a new home here as close to Downtown as possible. We like living "close-in." The last thing I want is a long commute.
We have two kids, and it looks like they'll be moving here this year. We're also going to become grandparents in August, which is going to be fun. My wife has been a grandma-in-training for years.

t in the country - yet is has its own charm as well. The people in Houston are fabulous, and everybody is "southern" nice. Houston is unique in that no race is in the majority, making this a very, very diverse society and culture.
My job is the bomb. I work with and for a brilliant entrepreneur in a very fast-paced industry. It's a real joy (and challenge, which only increases the joy) to go to work there each and every day. I consider myself very fortunate in many different ways.
Still loving music, I long ago lost count of how many albums (now CDs) I have. It's two huge shelving units plus several thousand. It's sickening - seriously. I guess I've replaced a variety of unhealthy vices with a few benign ones. But I continue to listen to music way too loud - there are some things about which I'm just not willing to compromise. And I continue to attend every concert I can possibly get to, and I've developed a frighteningly powerful ticket mojo.
