Ken's Story
Got Karen Patton kicked out of study hall in 1966 but changed up my participation in life and married in 1968!!! I had some work to do for that to happen. Finished my graduate school in psychology at WSU, then internship at the Palo Alto VA & Stanford Mental Research Institute.
Karen and I moved back to Spokane with two young daughters and worked at the mental health center before moving into private practice. I am semi-retired and we enjoy our kids, grandkids and...Expand for more
the out-of-doors. Backpacking, fishing, bicycling and hunting keep us active. I'm playing more pool than I should but Karen has separate interests too. Trying to keep a balance between individuality and togetherness. We are both grateful we have been blessed with good health throughout the journey but things can change quickly as we have seen with friends. Planning to do more travel when things get back open. Did our 50th hiking in Switzerland and northern Italy.
