Ken's Story
It is amazing to me to write about my life story and realize just how different a person I am today, versus who I was, or should I say, who I tried to be, in high school. I don't doubt my journey is similar to many of you.
After high school and a year of just bumming around, I went to Mankato State and roomed with my good friend, Ray Byrnes. Met my first wife there, had our first child there, and graduated with degrees in English, Sociology, and Psychology. I was accepted into the Graduate School at the U of M, but I could not afford to go, for obvious reasons.

n corporate America before opening my sales rep. business, and operated that small but prosperous business until I retired in January of 1998. By this time I had three wonderful children, all of whom graduated from the U of M, and to this day, live in close proximity.
Today, my second wife, Gale, and I travel, and do much volunteer work for the Eden Prairie School District. We feel nothing is more important to the future of our country than those young children struggling to make sense of this crazy world of ours.
My best years are yet to come. I sincerely hope yours are also.
