Ken's Story
Life
I didn't stick around Bremerton long after high school. I moved to Dallas Texas a month after graduation and started a career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster. I bounced around in Texas until 1991 when I moved back to the Seattle area and worked in downtown Seattle for about 9 years. My wife and I decided we were tired of the rain and moved to the south. School
Life was so much simplier back then and we didn't know it. I enjoyed going to band competitions and the overnight trips. I passed up on college and entered the workforce two months out of school. I wish I had gone on to college as now I can't share those experiences with friends but I don't look back at the past. I am an adjuster in the insurance business now and make a good living. I have a wonderful wife and two great kids.
