Life
Traveled throughout Europe after college.Attended Ramapo College of NJ
Married 37 years to Dale Fisher of Pearl River ,N.Y
3 girls (2 adopted,1 by a surrogate mother)
Five Granddaughters, two Grandsons
Have owned and run a chimney company (Chim-Chimney Inc) for 37 years.
My wife Dale and I live in a Log home in West Nyack,N.Y.
Have appeared in Historical films TV and movies (the Patriot,Liberty,History Channel ,"Tech-Effect" ,"The True Story of Tripoli" as a Rev-war soldier and early 19th century sailor. Also horseback rider as a mounted militia-man on occasion .
The most recent project is "The battle of Bunker Hill" for a small private company which caters to Home schoolers.
Sail on the crew of the "Woody Guthrie" Beacon sloop club. Also own my own sailboat.
Started playing the "fiddle" 10...Expand for more
years ago.Now play the mandolin and Banjo also.
Played the fiddle as backup with a jam session that played once a month with Pete Seeger ,"Turn,Turn,Turn",in our yearbook was written by him. I now am in charge of singing the final song of each of our festivals (This land is Your Land ) . The song that Pete sang at the end, written by his mentor Woody Guthrie.. Help run Pete’s original song circle once a month since his passing !
Recently found out that besides being German,my ancestors were also Norwegian,Estonian,Polish,Scottish,Irish,and Italian! DNA marker test My youngest daughter (29), .She has been working in veterinary science/ business.as a Vet-tech.
My middle daughter Emily,(26) has twin girls ,Ava and olivia, born on Nov 1st ,2009. My oldest daughter lives in Highland Falls NY. She is 37
