Ken is from Gary, Indiana. He is married. His schools include Wirt High School, Wabash College, & Indiana University School of law. 1966-68 Peace Corps Volunteer-India. He is the retired Vice President of the National Rural Letter Carriers' Association (Union). His wife Carole served in the White House as Chief of Staff to President Clinton's COS. Quinn had a good trial at Blue Ridge DTC last weekend. 4 classes 3 red ribbons for 2nd places, 1 run off win for 4th place
after a disappointing 1st class, Quinn recovered. It was his first outdoor Trial in 2 yrs. He earned 2 second places in Open & a first place in Utility. He was HIGH COMBINED.

Blue Ridge DTC put on an outstanding TRIAL over Saturday & Sunday. QUINN returned to good solid performances. 4 Classes 4 ribbons 4 scores all in the mid to upper 190's. (For non-dog obedience friends 200 is a perfect score
