Ken's Story
Living in NE Portland, OR. Married to Roz (Brooklyn girl and retired Venice Beach Hippy Chick. Fifteen years as a Minister in the Christian Faith, Ten years as the proprietor of a cotmputer business, The past fifteen here in Portland working for the "Empire" (family). Folks are gone now, looking for something new to do. One marriage of 20 years (1977), one of 1 year (2003), and one of 7 months (2006), and now Roz (five and counting). Son, Nathan Kyle, 26, and Daughter, Bethany Rose, 21, from first marriage. I could not be more proud of them or better loved by them. Still keep the Faith. t I need but often get additional odd jobs when a special idea presents itself (like a road trip). Consequently, too much work and too little play. Have started to fix that.
I attended the 40th reunion this July (2012). At a time in life when one begins wondering how he or she is understood, remembered, or seen in the moment, going to the reunion seemed a logical and fun way to look into it all. I was totally wrong. Special thanks to Martha for time and friendship.
At 61, I consider myself aware, happy, at peace in my faith, well accomplished - experientially, loving and lovable, and ready for the second half of my life. I am looking forward to cigars and Burbon on beaches in Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii.
