Ken's Story

Life Married have 2 grandson's Jordan and Conner. One each from my two children,Michelle and Allan. They are from my first marriage. No children with my second wife who has been able to put up with me for 17 years. I now live in Florida and I'm not here to grow old and rot. Unlike alot of people from the north. We are working here not retired. I work for the state of Florida and retirement isn't in the cards yet. Went from Michigan to Washington state, back to Michigan. Then down to Nashville, Tenn. and finally to Florida. Did 2 years in the Army 1966 to 1968 and with nothing but blind luck.I did my 2 years in Germany. Lost nobody I really knew, to that tragic war. I had several close friends go but everyone came back fine. My high school years were nice for the most part. I was very quiet and shy but outgoing once I was comfortable around the person. lly a compeitive swimmer. Not last but close. Enjoy the oldies but do like the current rockers also. My wife's into country music. Between my wife and me we have been all over the country. No overseas traveling. Our goal is to visit Cuba before it goes totally tourist after Castro's gone. No real hobbies but a few interests. I enjoy reading and dabble in astronomy for its beauty only. Iam one of those green/white die heart MICHIGAN STATE spartan fans. Wife is a Northwestern Wildcat grad and supporter. We travel up to Chicago to see the two teams play when they do. I do enjoy my friendships and have both male and female close friends as does my wife. Never was an issue even in my first marriage. So if you know me from somewhere in the past drop a line and off we go. Allan was the name I used up to high school then Ken was what I used after. I have a sister named Nancy who graduated the same year as I did. So Ken & Allan are the same person, me.
