I moved from Parsons, Ks to Vinita, Ok for my senior year of HS and then went to Oklahoma State Univ. for a couple years, until I got overwhelmed. I moved to Wichita Ks and retook all my bad grade courses and worked a few years there, before moving to Joplin, MO. to live with my mother and Step-dad and little brother for about a year before joining the Army. I spent 8 years working for Uncle Sam in Communications. I was stationed in Texas, where I met and married my wife, who had 5 children from a previous marriage. We spent a few years in Germany before being relocated back to Texas. When I got out of the military we moved to Claremore, OK. I got a job at WorldCom, until they fell through and laid me off in 2003. While in Claremore I was able to get back around to Parsons and Vinita and caught up with who I could. I got back into college at RSU and even continued, online courses from Texas. Ended up having to drop out because I could not complete my last two classes and provide for the family. We moved the family to Huntsville, TX, into a two bedroom house, owned by my brother-in-law, less than 100sq ft/person. We were a very close family, if not completely comfortable. We decided to commit to stay so the eldest 5 children could be stable through high school. The fifth child will graduate from HS this June.
