Kenneth (Dion)'s Story
I spend 20yrs and one month in the Air Force and retired in 2002. Worked as a defense contractor and was recalled twice to active service and sent to the Middle East. Changed jobs to work for DynCorp International as the deputy director of Middle East Operations. I figured the AF wouldn't recall me if I was already over there and the pay was much better. I got tired of getting shot at and return in Dec to begin working on my high school teaching license. Plan to spend the next 50yrs enjoying my wife, watching my daughters grow (and spend my money) and warping young minds in the classroom.
Fun, outgoing and full of myself (weren't we all?)
I always wanted to be a under-achiever when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a high standard to set. As it turns out, they were right.
Kill something; wait a minute, I'm back from the Middle East so I'd have to say I play tennis, R'ball, softball or soccer.
Stole (borrowed) the American Flag from the Del Valle HS auditorium when we were soph and return it to the school at graduation (hey, it was the bi-centennial and we did get it cleaned).

Lived in Europe, the Middle East and South America. I was also stationed in several places state-side. My Dad was Air Force too so that meant moving a lot.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Ron Dodson, because he was always a good friend and teacher..

I am truly happy being a husband, father and studying to be a high school social studies teacher.

I think my first crush became a nun.

I share my home with wife Betty, which I find wonderful.
In 10 years, I hope to be rich. I'm going to get there by selling NutraSlim.
That I'm not in jail.
My first job was at a club called the Veranda, where I got paid $8 an hour to DJ and bartend. What I remember most about it is I got to see some really weird *&^% in fours years working there.
I got shot when I was 8yrs old.
