Kenneth's Story
Kenny Joe is from Stumptown, West Virginia where his Grandma Ethel named him that because she liked Little Joe on Bonanza . Kenny attended Normantown Elementary where his Grandma cooked for years until 1972 when he moved to Parkersburg WV and attended and graduated from Parkersburg South High School. Kenneth attended Glenville State College and graduated in 1980 with teaching credentials and student loans. These two circumstances resulted in a year of teaching in Lake City Florida and joining the Navy for a pay increase in 1981. Kenny met his lovely bride in 1982 and married his lovely bride Kathy Hale in 1983. They worked and continue to work in the service of our Lord as our jobs, but have had several occupations over the years. Ken has been through training and qualified to run nuclear reactors on submarines, was accepted to and competed AOCS to be an Aviator in the Navy and served his country for twenty years. e employed in several companies and is currently at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah Georgia still working for the Lord and enjoying his occupation as the Director of Risk Management for the company.
Music Kenneth there is no music I dislike but there is some that strikes my soul deeply Dirt Band, Eagles, Goose Creek, Grateful Dead, Zeppelin, Doobies, Beatles and hundreds of others, today I like my friend Jeremy Davis and the Fabulous Equinox Orchestra and recommend you see them anywhere around the country if you get a chance.
Best of all I expect to be a Grandpa in April of 2014 and that is more than enough to find joy in for the rest of my life. So whether you know me as Kenny Joe, Kenny, Kenneth, or Ken know there is a God and He loved us enough to send His Son Jesus, to pay the price for our sins so we can be called, "the children of God"! Forgiven and made righteous through the blood of Jesus! That is the greatest story and truth!
