Ken's Story
School
I lived on the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 4th grade in 1972 to 10th grade in 1979. My constant friend was Roger Stubenrouch, Jr. (known to some as Bucky). He currently lives in St. Louis area. I am still in touch with him as of 2006.
My parents divorced in '79 and my siblings, mother, and I moved off base. I went to Doherty High for part of 11th grade. My mom got remarried, we moved back to my old school district and I ret...Expand for more

We moved to a Denver suburb, Englewood, in 1980 and I went to a new school again for 12th grade. I went to Cherry Creek High and graduated in '81. I lived across the street from Todd Westphalen, who was a grade behind mine.
I worked at H. Brinker's restaurant with Cherry Creek High alum such as David Barkow (I still know David), Andy Ayers, Jon Blystone, and a few others whose names escape me.
