Kenneth's Story
Well lets see. During the summer of 65 I started working in the temper shop at J.A. Roeblings in Roebling NJ.Worked there for a while (man it was dirty and hot)Got laid-off and found another job at Burlington Coat Factory got laid off here also. Then got hired by Sherwatt Screen Shop in good old Kinkora. Left here to return to school taking courses in programming and data processing.while taking classes I worked for a Medical Supply CO. delivering drugs and supplies to Doctors and Hospitals in the Trenton area. after a while i left this job and went to work for NJ DMV in there computer Room.I then finished school Quit this job and enlisted in US Army (being the draft was pretty close to my back) Took Basic at Ft Dix also a course. ing Fincance (Payroll). after this the Plebo was captured by North Korea and guess were I was sent.i took care of the pay records for the 2/10th Cav. had some real good times over there.Came home and spent the remainder of my time at Ft Dix NJ handling the final pay for Guys getting out.Got out when my three yrs were done finished. Was discharged in Sept 70 figured i would look for a job after Christmas I looked and looked but no luck so I said hell with it and collected Unemployment for 13 months. Tried looking again and had some luck this time. Got a job at E.T.S. and was there for 27 yrs. Retired and working part time for Hertz Car Rental. Do you believe I get my first Social Security check this April. Please excuse the spelling I could never spell. Take Care Ken (HAIR) Now on medicare sill working part time . They are a real pain in ASS to work for.
