Life I moved to Florida in the middle of my senior year, went into the Navy in 1981 and stayed in the DC area. My husband and I left Maryland six years ago and came back to the Tampa area and we are so happy we did. We have a late-in-life daughter (8 years old) after 6 miscarriages. I am a personal trainer and trained with Miss Fitness Mid-Atlantic States after the birth of my daughter to get back in shape. It is true, the older you are, the harder it is to get yourself back together again. I raised my two stepchildren who are now adults since they were 9 and 12 years old. I currently teach seven classes a week in fitness too and love teaching again. I started working full time for the school year 2006-2007 and worked with the special ed kids in our middle school. We specialize in autism and I have learned a lot about autism and I really love the kids. The next year I went to work with the emotionally handicapped and severely emotionally disabled middle school kids and it was the most enjoyable and rewarding year I have ever had professionally.
