n, Ontario was quite different from Calgary - something different about the people. When I do remember high school fondly - it is definately Father Lacombe and all the great friends there that I like to remember! Workplace After working at the Post Office for about 5 years, I decided it wasn't for me; too many politics, even if the money was good, so I went back to school and got my Child and Youth Worker diploma. Since then, I have been working for the same agency. I started out working in an open detention facility with Young Offenders between the ages of 12-16 yrs, and moved to the Secure Detention Centre, where I eventually moved into the Assistant Program Director position, acting at times in the Program Director postiion. I have worked my way up in the company from part time youth worker to where I am now. It is a great job, very challenging and rewarding at times.
