Hello old friends and classmates! Let's see...I live in a rural area in New England, which I love. I am happily remarried (for 9 years)and have 3 sons, ages 15, 18, and 20. I have a step-daughter who had her first child this week, so I just became a grandmother! I have a bachelors degree but have been in graduate school the last two years to get a teaching license and am 4 courses from a masters. Going to school, working, and raising 3 busy children at the same time was challenging. Too much to do all the time, so I'm undecided about going for the masters degree. Two of my boys are in college this year and I am enjoying the peace and quiet, as well as the time alone with my youngest. We gutted our old drafty farm house two years ago and my husband and I are still in the process of renovating it. We do almost all of the work ourselves. Our house is half finished beautifully and half gutted still. The wood working shop in my living room is next to go! My husband used to be a master wood worker many years ago, but is now a licensed mental health counselor with a busy private practice. He was born on Long Island too, but grew up in N.J.
