Still living in Arizona. Still married. Busy w/granddaughters & lots of pets. Still working full time at a great job. Lots of dog rescue activities. Barely time to relax. Having fun :)
Sure need to plan a trip back to Kailua. Still miss Hawaii after all these years.
I can't believe I still have all my old Hawaii stuff; my hula stuff, beach glass, seed necklaces. Haha, just can't let go of it. Some of the best years of my life. I miss the beach soooo much. At least I can drive to the CA coast from here. Its not the same as Hawaii, though.

Hawaii last April in 2013. So much more crowded. I couldn't believe Kailua and didn't even recognize the town. Kailua beach is still beautiful though. High school looks just the same. My old house has very few changes after all this time. And to think my parents had only paid $25 k for it back in the early 60's. Too bad they didn't hang on to it.
Spent some time on Maui as it was more relaxing and drove around the Big Island some. Think we are planning a family trip in 2015. I think my brothers & sister would really like to go back all together. We have such great memories.
