Kevin Hamilton:  

ears - late night breakfast with friends; hanging out at the President's house on special events; being involved with the Black Student's Association and most of all, meeting my sweetie. Workplace Work, work, work is all we do!hahaha! I didn't flip burgers but boy did I know who to sling some batter-dipped fish at Captain D's! I hated smelling like fish every night! I finally moved up to working at Houlihan's that use to be at the corner of Park and Ridgeway. My first real job out of college was a Hall Director or Dorm Director. I did that for five years at the University of Central Arkansas and then moved to Texas Tech University and worked there for a year and had to come back closer to home. Currently, I am the Associate Director for University Housing at the University of Central Arkansas. There I am responsible for housing 4200 students; monitoring accounts payable/receivables; supervise various staff and keep the department's technology infrastructure updated to name a few. There's more but I don't want to bore you. I also teach a class to freshmen students to help them be successful during their educational journey. I am extremely involved in various associations in my state and region - keeps my abreast of all the major issues and developments pertaining to student services/development. My most rewarding experience - getting to see how I impact students successfully on a daily basis.
