UPDATE: A lot of you might remember Melinda Jones from Bartlett. We dated after graduation but then parted ways. We've been in touch with each other a few times over the years. Well, we reconnected again last year and fell in love. How cool is that? So, I am back in Alaska (Soldotna) now and living with Melinda and we are making plans for the future. Life is good and we are happy!! Bartlett was the best. Class of '78 ROCKS!!! I could usually be found in one of two places at Bartlett - the smoking area or the band hall. Can you believe we actually had a smoking area? My lawyers assure me I have a solid case... After high school I lived in Seattle, Biloxi, Manhattan, Boulder, Austin, San Diego, Long Beach, North Dakota, Georgia, and now Alaska again. When I was younger I never thought twice about packing up and hitting the road to move somewhere that offered new challenges and opportunities. It was exciting but those nomadic ways are behind me now. I am finally back home.
