It was so great to see everyone at the 30th reunion in July, and it brought back a flood of good memories! I can'€™t believe it has been so many years, but those years have also been filled with wonderful adventures and unexpected chances to experience life in many ways. I have had some great opportunities to see things that I never dreamed I would. I have been able to live, work, and study in some life-transforming places, including Nepal, Peru, and the Amazon. With each new experience, I learned so much from the ones around me, and I’m truly grateful. For work, I spent many years as a doctor treating refugees from East and West Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Bosnia, and the former Soviet Union. I am currently living in San Jose, California, where I practice as a family doctor with a primary care/alternative medicine clinic, called One Medical.
