Kevin's Story
I didn't venture far from home. I went to college at SIU-E but dropped out before finishing. I then went to Control Data Institute where I could become a computer programmer, operator, technician. Remember the commercial? That's what led to the job at NAVCO which transformed to GMAC Insurance and then to NGIC.
I worked at NGIC from 1984-2014.
Meanwhile, my sister got married, had kids, and I spent a lot of time being a really great uncle (or second dad) until I moved to NC. I'm still an awesome uncle. ;P

990 I bought and renovated an old house (100+ years) on Hillsboro Ave in Edwardsville near the Farm Bureau Building. I lived there for 11 years and then in 2003 moved to Winston Salem, NC.
I lived in a fabulous (new construction) brick house in a historic district near one of Winston Salem's oldest and largest parks, Washington Park and within walking distance of the NC School of the Arts. Awesome area.
I returned to GlenEd area in 2012 and now live in Glen Carbon in a nice house but not as great as the one in WS.
