Kim's Story
Life
I've been married for 31 years to a wonderful guy, Patrick, from South Carolina. After graduating from Van Horn in 1974 my family moved to Houston, TX where I attended college but soon took an opportunity to jump into the workforce as a Purchasing Agent for ARAMCO. I worked for them nearly 13 years before moving to Atlanta, GA where I had two great kids. My son is 17 and a junior in high school and my daughter is 21 and a junior in college at UAB in Birmingham. ing in purchasing for a material handling company. We design warehouse rack, shelving, mezzanines and in-plant offices for such companies as Home Depot and Lowes. It's my other family at work. I still enjoy working. We have a houseboat at Lake Lanier near Atlanta and get away on it most weekends. I haven't kept up with anyone much from Van Horn which I regret. Being pretty shy in high school I was anxious to just get out! ha Anyway, would love to chat with others from Van Horn. Kim
