Kim's Story

Well Now..... I keep getting these emails and I thought maybe this time I would take a look instead of hitting the delete key so fast. It is now approaching 27 years since we all graduated and you may or may not be starting to feel old! I feel old every Monday and Tuesday evening around 7 pm. That is when I am leaving my trainer and heading home. These muscles just don't seem to work as well as they used to. To all you skinny people that don't have to worry about diet and exercise, I salute you! I just happen to be saluting you with my middle finger. Just kidding. Good for you. Life on the farm is still good. We now have cows to go with our chickens and other animals. We had a new calf born just 2 weeks ago. I never thought I would be one to live on the farm. As long as I am still just 30 minutes from the Mall, this is the perfect life. I hope Spring is finally here. The winter of 2007-2008 has been far to long for me. Enjoy your summer and your families. Life WOW, can you believe that we are just months away from our 20 year reunion. I just learned about this site from Judy Albert(Bridge). Now I am closed up in my office checking out all of the info and thinking back on those wonderful(well, some of them anyway)days of High School. I am just amazed that we are all almost 40. Denial won't change that fact. Prozac maybe, but not denial! I will be celebrating my four year wedding aniversary on April 11th. If you ask Judy she will tell you it is the 12...Expand for more
th. She did not read the invitation correctly and you guessed it, missed the wedding. I held the wedding for 30 minutes because I was sure that one of my very best friends would not forget my wedding day. I forgave her long ago, but it is nice to know I will always have something to hold over her if I ever need anything! (sorry Judy, I had to tell) My wonderful husband is Dave Cameron. We have a beautiful 14 month old little boy named Keith. He is the light of our lives. I am sure that most of you have teenagers by now, and I salute you. I will be looking to you for advise in about 10 years! My husband is from a very small town in Idaho, and about three years ago he told me he just had to get out of the city. My compromise was a little farm house with 8 acres of land and a barn for the John Deere tractor. We live just outside of Cheney in the little town of Four Lakes, WA. It is far enough out of Spokane for Dave and yet still just a 15 min. drive to work. I am very happy with the move. We have a dog named Sam and 2 cats named Princess and Charles. They are great mousers! Yes, even the dog! Life is really good! I have been blessed with good friends and a loving family that have helped me every step of the way. Both Judy and myself held off motherhood till our mid (to late) thirties and she has been such a wonderful source of strength and support for me. We laugh a lot and reassure each other that we are not going crazy! Well, enough about me! See you all in August!
