Kim's Story
Well after Morton went to NIU in DeKalb. Got my bachelors in Nursing in 1992, went to work at Loyola University Medical Center for 12 years, worked in the Coronary Care Unit, Cardiac Interventional Unit then on to the Heart & Lung Procurement team.
Was a great job flying around the country in the helicopter & prop planes retrieving hearts & lungs for Loyola's transplant program, but burned out with the on call schedule. Moved into nursing management went back to sc...Expand for more
hool & got my Masters in Nursing Administration at Loyola in 2000. Left Loyola in 2002 and joined a company called Solucient, became a consultant for one of their many healthcare products & have been there ever since! Solucient due to many mergers is now Thomson Reuters.
I live in La Grange Park with my husband, (got married in 2005) & daughter & work from home most the time for Thomson Reuters, have to travel on occasion to visit clients all over the country.
