Kim's Story
Hey everyone! It is good to be catching up and hoping to hear from all of you.
I married Al Saheim in 1983 (making this coming July our 25th wedding anniversary). He was in the Air Force and we spent the next 20 years traveling the globe. We lived in Utah, Italy, Nevada, Germany, Arizona,& California. Al was also stationed in Guam, Korea and Saudi Arabia. This made his total military enlistment 24 years!
We have two children.Daughter Kristin is 20 and a junior at Plattsburgh State where she is studying to become a high school social studies teacher (much like her grandfather). She plays collegiate volleybal and works full time.. all of this and really good grades. She is awesome!
Our son Cory, is 14 and in the 8th grade at SMTMS(remember that place.. it's huge now). He is 6'1" tall already. He plays Varsity golf (has for 2 years now), Modified Basketball and Baseball. He has been ac...Expand for more
cepted in the People to People International Ambassador's program and will travel to Europe for 19 days this summer. He is a very good student and a Great kid. We are blessed.
Al is the zoning enforcement officer in Lake Luzerne and loves it. I was working as a group sales manager for the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conf. Center in Lake George but, in Oct, after 5 years, my position was eliminated. I have been unemployed ever since.
My dad lives in an in-law apartment attached to our house. He will be 80 this May and he is happy and healthy. That is all I can ask for.
We look forward to hearing from everyone. Drop us a line and let us know where you are and what you are doing. This year is the class of 1979s 30th Reunion. If you were a member of that class, you will be hearing from me very soon. I hope many, many of you can make it this June to celebrate.
