Kim's Story
Life
Currently I am living in Stuttgart, Germany with my husband and 4 cats and loving it. I took 4 years of Spanish and now I'm learning German. Who would have thought!??
Since graduating from DGHSS I've lived in Greece, Illinois, England, Maryland, Virginia, and California. I now call California home. We've been here in Germany for a year and a half and have another year and a half to go. We hope to extend that by another 2 years because we love it so much.
I have one daughter, Heather, who is 28 and lives in California.

ormation Systems Management. Then I spent 20 years in Silicon Valley as a Systems Engineer with a few large computer companies before being laid off after the Dot Bomb and 911.
Now, I am a housewife working part time here in Germany in an Antique store and selling Mary Kay. It's a nice change from the pressure of fixing computer servers while customers stand behind me asking when it's going to be fixed.
We hope to retire when my husband's tour here in Germany is over. Not sure where yet as California is very expensive for retirees. We're looking for a great place that's not as expensive.....Any suggestions???
I love to travel, entertain, being outdoors, and taking pictures.
