Kim's Story
Well to those whom might wonder.I married Ron Marshall In Weaverville in 1973.We lived in Burney then Redding before moving to Oregon,I work apartment cleaning and painting for a while then waited tables.Ron and I divorced.He is now in Utah I,m still in Oregon. I worked for 20 years in a aluminum manufacturing plant as shipping supervisor with no further advancement I decided to move on(plus my hubby pushed me to quite as the work was so physical). So I drove school bus for a year and now drive public transportation in Portland.Good pay free daily entertainment.(have to work a lot with variety of public to relate).Remarried 2004 to Michael-two daughters grown and gone so we share our home with(1)cat A Fawn Pug A Black Pug A Big Black Chow Chow.So besides Working about 60 Hours a week,I Keep busy taking care of our home and BIG SPOILED Babies .I love to travel and work in my flower beds. t grand daughter who has adopted a Australian Shepard mix .beautiful silver with black markings named Loki. Still driving bus full time . That was 2010 in Oahu.Took a friend and had a blast. ........On my to do list...Get rid of weight..
EDIT Husband passed in spring of 2014. Took oldest and her family to Oahu in November. Had a blast stayed 10 days .A lot of beach time- tanning-sight seeing.And marked off PARA-SAILING off the bucket list. Oldest step granddaughter in Air Force stationed in South Dakota. Planning on STURGIS this August.Ride drive bus I don'y care how I get there On my list of must see.Then Rolling thunder in D.C. I hope. Hot air balloon festival.Live life to the fullest and leave nothing out.Have fun while you still can and Enjoy every moment .Dropped over 20 pounds and still going..Yeah......... Down some more weight Yeah........Been dancing my a--------s Off LOL Pic is of me on the left and my young friend who is disabled in a chair but doesn't let that stop her...
