Hello Classmates,
Let's see...where shall I begin...so much has transpired over these past 26 years!
After graduating at BHS, I attended the Community College in Bakersfield for only one semester. Why? Well, my mother noticed how much fun I was having and said she needed to move me to CSUB so I could get a proper education. Ha! I graduated CSUB with a Business degree in Marketing. After graduating, I quickly moved to Northern California for my first real job in my field of expertise. Then in 1997, I married my husband. We were married for 15 years and then last year in 2012 while we were on vacation he passed away. It was the worst surprise ever to lose your spouse so suddenly without any warning. ve therapy with a psychologist to help me deal with the loss. I knew I had to be mentally ready for a new healthy relationship someday when I begin the second part of this journey called "Life". As to date, I am now dating and have not found my perfect partner in crime...but still enjoying the looking part. Ha!
Today, I am the President of a brokerage firm that supplies Chemical Drilling Fluid Engineers all over the world.
It is a very interesting job being a woman in a man's dominated field of oil.
I travel a lot each year so I can locate the best place to retire. I will be retiring very soon because I really need time to explore this chaotic world and experience many more cultures.
