Life
I have pets: Shayla, 20lb. Persian calico 9yrs. Besides being very sweet and playful, shes also very PHAT. I figure if she were human shed be pushin 450lbs. or thereabouts. Muffin, 2lb. silver blue Himilayan 3 years old. She has that "Leave me alone" attitude which is unfortunate because shes so adorable you cant leave her alone! Buddy, 10lb black poodle age unknown.Hes very sweet and cute and everybody cant help but fall in love with him. Ive had him two years. I dont have any children, but I do have a scattered group of young people 6 to 23 yrs. that call me Auntie Kim. I don't have a brand new chopper, however I have alot of leather clothes. Since 1983 Ive been an active freelance writer having a few assignments, two poetry books, and poems scattered here and there published. I quit counting my poems when they hit the 500 mark, that was some time ago. I have a Bachelors in fiction writing and am presently taking a course in childrens writing from The Institute of childrens literature for a diploma and 3 college credits. I am also working on a gothic novel that Im hoping doesnt take as long to read as its been to write. Multiple interests include, embroidery, art in all forms, home decorating, singing and listening to ALL forms of music. Some of my hobbies include collecting vintage jewelry, teaching my pets tricks, learning courses in languages, painting. My home is decorated in shabby sheik vintage/earthy. I like real butter, real mayonaise, coffee with flavored creamers,most things generic ok collect childrens art spending time with my friends, as well as my alone time. Presently working on decorating my 1st doll house. I like to laugh, and like funny jokes. I dont like foul language, surprise company or interupted beauty sleep. I also dont like people with pushy attitudes, and my life is governed by my worship to Jehovah God. My last hip surgery crippled me, leaving me with a damaged sciatic nerve, so I walk with a cane. le to have my surgery when it was needed, due to medical cost. By the time I was able to have my hip replaced, the scar tissue that in time grew on the nerve caused my sciatica to jump out of its bed & going into shock. Although hip surgery is a very bloody proceedure, I had what is called Bloodless surgery, and didnt loose one drop of blood! I live in Hazel Dell community of Vancouver WA. in a nice 2 bedroom duplex. Ive been called charming, funny tenacious crazy intelligent and a few other things Id rather not say. Id love to hear from & get together with some of my old buds, so feel free to write. I used to be part of a pen pal club, but found it to be too dangerous. Gayla and her husband Steve are taking me on an exotic trip to a surprise location in October. Im saving spending money and buying clothes for this upcomming adventure! There is so much to say about these past two decades, many things will have to be examined through contact. I was widowed at 26 years as a result of suicide. I am unmarried, and not interested in dating at this particular time. I think of my friends from Columbia often, and have had the priviledge of running into several throughout the years some of which I have contact with today. I dont put my eggs in one basket, and I chose my battles carefully. Fighting is not allowed in my peaceful home which is the first of two house rules when having a roommate. Second rule anything said within these walls stay within these walls. I love to watch animated movies. Shrek 1 & 2 and Toy stories 1 & 2 are some of my favorites. I like drama and suspense, fantasy but not too close to the supernatural. My taste in music, art, movies, and movie stars goes clear across the board. Being very diverese in many areas I am very open minded, but I dont like being put in a position of compromising my integrity. Im anxious to hear from you.
