Kimberly's Story
I have lived in quite a few different places in my life, and all taught me invaluable lessons and helped to shape my views and beliefs. Even with life's ups and downs, I can honestly say that I have a wonderful, very rich and blessed life. From Western New York to Northeastern, OH to Hampton, VA to Washington, D.C. to South FL, and back again to Northern VA/DC, living all of these places and encountering different people all along the way has had a profound impact on my life. The old cliche is true: "Things are not always as they seem!"

find them to be a great source of inspiration to me always! I have one of those over-achieving, strong-willed, no-nonsense families (very strong Caribbean traits), so I take great pride in their accomplishments and pushing myself to be the best that I can be as well (even with a few bumps along the way)! As I've gotten older, admittedly, I've grown to abhor laziness and under-achievement. I am very attracted to people who are laser-focused, dependable, truthful, and very much into continuous self-improvement educationally, etc. I think this is reflected in my transforming political views also (not as socially liberal as I used to be in my younger days...)
Today, my life continues to shine brightly with God's grace, the support and love of family, and my own tireless efforts.
