Hi to all the people who touched my life...I am now out of high school 31 years (out of college 14years)!!!WOW!!! But anyway. I live in the Madison area with my husband Kevin and my youngest daughter Danielle (17 as of 4/18/08). We moved there from Platteville in Nov. of 2000. I had moved to Platteville at the end of Aug of 1987 to go to college there at U.W.Platteville. I was hurt badly in a factory accident on 8/26/86 at a temporary factory job I had taken to pay the bills when one of my main jobs ended (at this time I lived in Pembine). I had managed the bars at 4 Seasons club for 7 years but left that job when the seasons got too short for it to stay open. I always had a part time job too working at my parents bar(no matter who owned it...I stayed no matter who owned it). After 4 Seasons I went to work at a small supper club in Pembine called The Port. I was working at The Port and Cousins(the bar/restaurant my parents used to own). Cousins closed and that's when I took the factory job in Wausaukee, ( I coulde't find any bar/waitressing jobs). 6 week into working at the temp job an accident that changed my life happened. I hurt my back terribly bad and was in and out of the hospital for the next year(about 1/2 and 1/2). The doc and I finally decided that I would never do physical work again. This is when I moved to Platteville to attend U.W. there. There I battled cancer twice, developed Rheumatoid arthritis and a few other things that I won't go into but worst yet was a terrible virus that plagues me to this day. It destroyed my lungs, attacks all my organs on and off...I have it still today but have learned to accept it and live with it. God helps me to do that. Inbetween illnesses I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior. He is a big part of my life today...Expand for more
