Life
Life is good. While Naperville was a great community to grow up in, I have since moved to sunny San Diego to pursue my dream career as a sports nutritionist with which I am currently living. I write for several magazines, consult with several large scale sport companies, have teamed up with San Diego Track Club, Tri Club of San Diego, Leukemia Team in Training, among others and provide individual nutrition coaching to athle...Expand for more

I have continued my athletic roots and have excelled as a runner and more recently have competed in the Ironman triathlon with my most recent Ironman being the Ironman World Championships in Kona in October '04. I still occasionally kick around a soccer ball and of course take advantage of all the outdoor adventures California has to offer (have tried surfing, skiing, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, and more).
