My Spouse
Met Jim during college internship during summer of '74. Just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Still crazy about each other after all these years!
My Pets:
Flossie is our rescue kitty, adopted this spring from the Humane Society. She is a tortoise-shell calico. George, age unknown. Adopted us in 1998. He tolerates Flossie, but quickly lets her know who is the "Alpha Cat".
My Kids:

year teaching at a language school in Qingdao, about 150 miles southeast of Beijing. He spent two years in graduate school at Chapel Hill and is now working in Durham.
My Job:
Educational psychologist, in public service and private practice. Nowhere near retirement.
Teach water fitness classes at a resort in Jamaica a couple of times each year. Jim and I are part of a guest group who have adopted two schools in the Trelawny parish.
I'm also a beekeeper and founding director of the first national foundation dedicated to honeybee research and public awareness.
