Hi Classmates!!! It's ya girl, Kourtney!!! About me: After graduation, I worked and then dabbled in Higher Education. The sad part is that I did extremely well in all of my studies, but I just wasn't interested. But, had I listened to the advice that everyone gave me about "Staying focused" & "Stay in School" or simply, "Finish!", GRADUATING from UMCP wouldn't have taken so long. acher and I also teach elementary and beginner's Spanish at a private high-school to both students and adult learners. My first career was as an Executive Admin. Assistant at ADRA (Adventist Development Relief Agency). After eight years of admin, I just couldn't do it anymore...I felt trapped. The money is copious and the benefits are amazing, but I needed to do something more creative and fulfilling...so I teach!
