Krista's Story
Well this is a little weird. I am not really comfortable talking about myself. I am single with 2 teenage boys and I live just over the border from canada in the US. I have worked with animals for the last 10 years. I am a licensed Wildlife rehabilitator and worked with wildlife for about 9 years and then finding myself happily single and in need of a better income and benefits, I am now working for the Humane society and am the manager of animal care and services in Bellingham Washington.I love my job which I think is a rarity in this world and I feel blessed.Working for non profits will definitley not make me rich but so be it. Life is good and I hope at 45 I am still recognizable to old school friends. I have one son who is with me part time, well most of the time since I have the high speed internet and easy walking distance to school and friends....Expand for more
The other is in Chicago studying film. I have 2 cats, one dove and three house rabbits. No dogs, which I love, but not enough time for right now. If I had to describe my personality, I am an intravert,happy,quite quiet and not the best conversationalist in social situations but I think I have a good head on my shoulders and not quite as boring as I have made myself sound. I am a jeans and t-shirt person and don't dress-up very often. My life is casual and easy going.I hate gossip and a lot of the drama people bring into their lives. I find it a waste of time and energy. I try not to judge someone until they give me a reason to judge them and I am a strong beleiver in treating people nicely until they treat you other wise.Well, get a hold of me if you are interested in being in touch.Sorry if my information seems disjointed but this was tough.
