Kristen's Story
Well, I do pretty well. I left my wonderful high school to persue a career in food. I graduated from culinary school and started working in kitchens. Being a chef is good, but not what I expected. I took some time off from the working life for a while. When I got back into it I realized that I love working with food, but I don't want to be the one cooking it. I decided then on management. I am now a proud manager at Panera Bread in Meriden, CT.

ome place to live that I easily afford, (but then again I am a penny-pincher) and have my fish and three cats (my babies).
At this point, all I do is work my life away, and I love it. I will probably do this for a while, until I open my own restaurant.
That's my story.
Just one more thing. Any of you shmucks who looked at me weird or thought I was strange, you can bite it. I am still the very same I was back then: A tomboy who doesn't give a sh++ what you think.
